Suspend/Reinstate a user


  1. Login to the FaciliKey app
  2. Click the Admin Menu Link
  3. Click My Users
    1. Note: If you manage multiple facilities you can click the name to select other facilities in which you are the admin:
    2. Note: You can either Add filters or just change pages
  4. Click the Details link on the user you wish to change

  1. Click the Set as Active/Inactive button.
