Setting Up Logo, Rules and Waivers
  1. Open the HybridAF app
  2. Navigate to the admin menu
  3. Tap My Facility
  4. Go to the Collateral Tab
  5. Option 1: Upload From Device
    1. Under the Collaterals tab, tap upload under the Waiver Header for waivers, and the Rules Header for rules .
      1. On iOS, You need to have to PDF saved on your phone, on your iCloud drive, or in another online storage location like google drive or microsoft's one drive.
      2. On Android, You need to have to PDF saved onto your device, or saved onto google drive.
    2. On the device Navigate to the document you want to upload and select it.
    3. Wait for the device to tell you the upload was complete.
  6. Option 2: Enter the URL.
    1. If you have your waiver is visible on some other website (dropbox, google drive, wodify, etc.) you can copy and paste, or type the url into the input box under the Waiver Header for waivers, and the Rules Header for rules.
  7. To set how often you want members to have to accept the rules or waivers, tap the select boxes and choose from one of two options:
    1. Once: The member is asked to accept/acknowledge the document the first time they go to access the facility.
    2. Daily:  The member will be asked to accept/acknowledge the document once a day when they go to access the facility.
