Managing Notifications

  1. Login to the Facilikey app
  2. Click My Info
  3. Select Notification Tab

  1. Notify on Message
    1. If you have enabled the message feature for your facility this will send a push notification to your phone when you receive a new message or a reply to a message sent.
  2. Notify on Access Request
    1. If you have enabled the access request feature for 24/7 access for non-home facility members this will send a push notification to your phone when a non-home member requests access.
  3. Notify on Entry
    1. This will send a push notification to your phone whenever your door is opened by a user.
  4. Notify on New User Register
    1. This will send a push notification to your phone whenever a new member has registered and selected your facility as their home gym.
  5. Notify on System Offline
    1. This will send a push notification to your phone whenever your system has been offline for more than 15 minutes. This will repeat every hour until it is addressed.
