Managing Notifications

- Login to the Facilikey app
- Click My Info
- Select Notification Tab
- Notify on Message
- If you have enabled the message feature for your facility this will send a push notification to your phone when you receive a new message or a reply to a message sent.
- Notify on Access Request
- If you have enabled the access request feature for 24/7 access for non-home facility members this will send a push notification to your phone when a non-home member requests access.
- Notify on Entry
- This will send a push notification to your phone whenever your door is opened by a user.
- Notify on New User Register
- This will send a push notification to your phone whenever a new member has registered and selected your facility as their home gym.
- Notify on System Offline
- This will send a push notification to your phone whenever your system has been offline for more than 15 minutes. This will repeat every hour until it is addressed.
