I Forgot My Password

Resetting your password is simple!

  1. In the App
    1. Open the app
    2. On the sign in screen click Forgot Password
    3. Enter your registered email address
    4. Click Reset Password
    5. Check your mail!
      1. Note: If you do not see the email from support@facilikey.com please check your spam/junk folder.
  2. On the Web
    1. Hover over Support then Click Reset Password
    2. Enter your registered email address
    3. Click Submit
    4. Check your email!
